Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for a refund.
